Legacy Property Development and Legacy Realty and Properties were created to pass on a “Legacy” in the real estate business. For nearly forty years “Cotton” Fletcher has developed subdivisions in Gainesville, Florida and the surrounding areas. Legacy Property Development was created to give ownership and responsibilities to each one of his children with the hope that one-day; Legacy Property Development would be passed on to the next generation. Legacy Property Development is owned and operated by Mr. And Mrs. Fletcher, and his children, Cheryl Hartley, Debbie Diamond, Cindy Thompson, and Blake Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher also serves as the Broker for Legacy Realty and Properties with three of his children, Debbie Diamond, Cheryl Hartley and Blake Fletcher holding their real estate licenses with the company.
Legacy Property Development is very active in giving back to Gainesville and supporting other small businesses. Our subdivisions serve those in need of affordable housing all the way to those wanting a gated development with Estate style homes.
