Welcome to Legacy's home page.

Legacy Realty and Properties is a family owned and operated business. It was created to serve as the Sister Company to Legacy Property development. In the beginning George E. “Cotton” Fletcher served as the broker while his two daughters, Cheryl Hartley and Debbie Diamond were his agents. They have worked on putting together such projects as Charleston Park in Fletcher Mill, Walnut Creek, Fletcher Park, and Savannah Station in Alachua to name a few. Since its inception Legacy Realty and Properties has grown to also include more of the day real estate activities such as residential listings, commercial listings, and property management. Today Legacy Realty and Properties has grown to include another family member, son of “Cotton” Fletcher, Blake Fletcher. Legacy’s name is intended to be just that, a Legacy. We proudly serve the Alachua County area just as our father has done for nearly forty years.
